Why are there no tracking updates?
Your tracking number is sent to you upon Canada Post scanning in your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for an update
on your tracking once received.
If, after 24 hours, there are no updates supplied by Canada Post on your tracking, please reach out to a live agent, and
we will be happy to look into this for you.
If you don't see updates, your Canada Post tracking information may have missed a scan during transit and may not be
updated correctly. If you do not receive your package within two business days after your expected delivery date, don't
hesitate to get in touch with a live agent so we can look into any issues.
Reminder: Please do not contact Canada Post if you suspect a problem. Instead, reach out to us first.
Please note: Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system. Tickets are dealt with in the order that they are
received, and can take 24-48 business hours to be processed.
